Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team at ProPharma.

As a Payroll Administrator at ProPharma, you will be processing for contractors world wide in an accurate and timely manner. Working with Umbrella's, EOR's & Ltd companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing Payroll data collated from multiple sources.
  • Providing data for external partners ensuring guidelines are met and complied with
  • Communication with and management of external partners to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely.
  • Regular communication with the Planet Pharma team, along with other departments to ensure that all relevant payroll information is captured and processed efficiently.
  • Purchase order's, providing quotes and updating systems
  • Billing/ invoicing to clients upon payroll completion
  • Resolving invoicing queries
  • Maintaining internal systems ensuring records are accurate
  • To ensure all processing is documented and filed correctly.
  • Managing the payroll inbox to answer more complex payroll related queries in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with company training and learning activities.
  • To support and guide other members of staff with any ad hoc duties as requested.
  • Ensure that all payroll processes are documented clearly and always kept up to date.
  • Support the payroll manager and other senior managers with any ad hoc duties as requested.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation whilst adhering to best practice methods of processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise shared workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in payroll records with guidance and transparency
  • Ability to manually calculate payroll data including tax deductions and any over or under payments if required..
  • Good understanding of GDPR regulations to ensure sensitive payroll data is shared and stored correctly.
  • Excellent communication, numerical and problem-solving skills and accustomed to dealing with external third-party managed payroll and pensions vendors.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Proven strengths in integrating as part of a specific team supporting other team members and working collaboratively towards common goals whilst appreciating the contribution to the wider organisation.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of English Language and Math's GCSEs at grade C/4 or equivalent.
  • Experience of expatriate and international payroll processing would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Workday experience would be advantageous.
