IT Analyst (D365 Business Central Experience Required)

Location:
East Midlands (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)

Salary:
£55,000–£70,000 DOE

We're working with a well-established premium retail brand seeking an
IT Systems Analyst
to support ERP and e-commerce platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that values innovation and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for
    Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
    across finance, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Manage
    Shopify integrations
    for B2B and e-commerce channels, including payment gateways and inventory sync.
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and liaise with external vendors for issues.
  • Offer general IT support (hardware, software, network) to keep systems running smoothly.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopify
    and related integrations.
  • Strong IT support background (Level 1 & 2) and familiarity with ticketing systems.
