About the Role – What You'll Do

As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Amazonico, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless, high-quality service with personality and flair. You'll guide and support your section while working closely with the management and wider front-of-house team to ensure a truly memorable guest experience.

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional service with energy, knowledge, and attention to detail
  • Lead your section confidently and support junior team members
  • Build strong guest relationships and tailor each experience to their needs
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across the dining area
  • Follow and uphold Amazonico service standards at all times
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
  • A confident, professional, and warm personality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
