We are looking for experienced front of house staff to strengthen our existing team at The Wildebeest.

We are located approximately 5 miles from Norwich and offer a 3 AA Rosette fine dining experience in a relaxed environment. We are a leading Independent restaurant group and have career opportunities for development and progression.

This will be an ongoing and permanent position for hours a week. Hours will be spread over daytimes, evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar food and drink establishment as must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all customers have a positive experience at The Wildebeest.

· Ensuring a friendly and welcome atmosphere

· Demonstrate a polite manner, and a calm professional attitude towards guests and team members.

· Show excellent verbal communication skills with customers, talk confidently about our products to guests showing an understanding for our ethos.

· Be able to sustain a proactive work ethic and positive energy throughout long and late shifts.

· Work efficiently to manage a section of tables in the restaurant without direct supervision.

· Have basic bar skills in order to prepare and effectively sell our extensive selection of wine and liquors.

· Applicants must be minimum 18 years old and available over the weekends.

Own transport to the location is essential do to no regular public transport link.

Competitive hourly rates bases on experience and share of generous tips.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
