Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative support
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize transport documentation and records
  • Schedule and coordinate driver assignments and deliveries
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and suppliers
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration (experience in transport/logistics preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of transport or logistics software is a plus
