Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize transport documentation and records
- Schedule and coordinate driver assignments and deliveries
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and suppliers
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration (experience in transport/logistics preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transport or logistics software is a plus
