Flow Administrator

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Flow Administrator to join our team on the Toolstation contract at our Northampton site.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both Inventory and Warehouse functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operational processes.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Sunday to Thursday, covering the hours of 08:00 to 16:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Provide daily administrative support to Inventory and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Perform system housekeeping across DLX, SYNQ, and 6RS, including reconciliation and maintaining system accuracy
- Manage order flow, ensuring system messages run correctly and supporting order releases, on-hold orders and replenishments
- Support issue resolution, including problem orders, stock discrepancies, and escalating systemic or mechanical faults
- Carry out WMS tasks across receipt, storage, picking, despatch, and inventory, including managing locations and SKU setups
