Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule care services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, care providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, care plans, and service delivery.
  • Assist with the organisation of appointments, follow-ups, and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop personalised care strategies that meet clients' needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence related to client care.

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience is preferred to ensure effective organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards clients.
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism are essential.
