We're looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a flexible, work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage company emails, responding promptly to customer and supplier enquiries.
  • Use Xero accounting software to assist with invoices, expenses, and basic financial tracking.
  • Complete and submit solar installation permission forms and related documentation.
  • Book in new jobs and appointments, ensuring calendars for the installation team are always up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records, digital filing systems, and administrative logs.
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
  • Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Job Type: Part-time
