THE ROLE

We are looking to hire an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive on a 6-month interim basis to help us rapidly expand and engage our customer base, further building on our position as trailblazers and market leaders. The role benefits from significant exposure to senior management, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working alongside the rest of the Marketing team. 

ABOUT YOU

You'll have all of these specific skills and experience:

• Experience optimising performance across paid (Google, Facebook), website and email (Mailchimp, Salesforce)
• Considerable experience producing engaging content for websites, social media and email communications, including developing standout creative – with a keen eye for detail when it comes to formatting and adhering to brand guidelines
• Have managed multiple social accounts and driven improvements in engagement and audience size
• Excellent working knowledge of key marketing and design tools, including Salesforce, Mailchimp, Posthog, Canva or Figma and Hootsuite (or equivalent tools)
• Confident in writing simple, concise, relatable copy for social and email

In addition, you will really stand out if you have some of these skills and experience:

• Broad B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of a range of outbound marketing activities (e.g. digital, print, direct mail, events)
• Experience interpreting product data for use in marketing campaigns
• Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies, plus

experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
- Hands-on experience of web journeys and analytics, potentially having produced and reviewed performance reporting
- Have created engaging CRM journeys and ad hoc communications – and optimised these over time
- Have produced podcast or video content
- Have planned and overseen B2B events
