to help shape the next generation of talent across our practice.

What You'll Do

In this high-impact role, you'll lead end-to-end early careers hiring across a wide range of disciplines — from Architectural Assistants (Part 1 & 2) to graduate engineers, visual design interns, and more. You'll be at the forefront of our university engagement strategy, building relationships with Architecture Schools and attracting exceptional emerging talent.

This is a chance to work closely with creative teams, hiring managers and HR partners to craft a seamless, inclusive and future-focused hiring experience that reflects our culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume early careers recruitment across global teams
  • Build and nurture partnerships with universities and architecture schools
  • Source, assess and engage diverse, top-tier emerging talent
  • Lead campaigns, events and selection processes
  • Review portfolios for Part 1 & Part 2 Architectural Assistant candidates
  • Champion equity, diversity and inclusion in all hiring touchpoints
  • Represent Foster + Partners at UK events and career fair

About You

You bring proven early careers recruitment experience — ideally within architecture, engineering or the built environment — and thrive in a creative, fast-paced setting. You're a natural relationship-builder, highly organised, proactive, and passionate about helping emerging talent grow.
