LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Battersea, SW11

Salary: OTE : £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing applicant enquiries and conducting property viewings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Assisting with the lettings process from instruction to move-in
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential lettings
  • Excellent sales and negotiation ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong telephone manner and a positive, professional attitude
  • Smart, articulate, and well-presented
  • Full UK driving licence and own car essential
  • Local area knowledge (Battersea) is beneficial
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
