Salary: OTE £100,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Auction Sales Negotiator to join a prestigious auction house based in South West London.

You will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling residential, commercial, and land assets via auction: working in a high-energy environment with auctions held every 2–3 weeks. This is a diverse and rewarding position for a confident negotiator with solid property sales experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Selling residential, commercial, and land property via auction
  • Generating new stock and managing current listings
  • Attending viewings and negotiating deals
  • Managing property sales progression
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Supporting marketing and auction event preparations
  • Working alongside management to improve performance
  • Representing the company confidently with clients and stakeholders 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 2 years of property sales experience (commercial preferred)
  • Proven sales negotiation and closing ability
  • Experience in both marketing and sales progression
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
  • Outgoing, bold, confident and highly motivated personality
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Knowledge of property industry trends and processes
