Our Community Hubs are welcoming spaces where people can get the information, help or support they need for their situation; come in to volunteer their time or pick up a bargain in the retail section. Each of our six Community Hubs delivers a range of functions including Information, Support, Social Connections and Welcoming Spaces alongside Retail, Events and Fundraising.

We are currently recruiting Casual Hub Assistants (Retail) to work as part of our team. The roles will be based in one (or more) of our Community Hubs in Wrose, Idle, Shipley, Keighley, Queensbury or Allerton. These are flexible roles, providing the opportunity to work in one or more locations within our existing teams. These roles are primarily to cover absences such as sickness and holidays within the teams / Hub's.

The key elements of the role are providing excellent service to customers, sorting and managing donations and working with our Support Team Members. There will also be Hub opening and closing responsibilities, together with operating the till and banking.

Retail experience is preferred, along with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Salary: £13.68 per hour

Roles involving weekday and weekend working are available
