As an Administration Assistant at Sovereign Health Care your role is vital to our business. You will manage all incoming and outgoing post for the business along with scanning incoming customer claims and managing customer correspondence and payments.

**The post holder will**:
Follow standard processes and procedures, adhering to company policy

Complete daily scanning of claims to ensure work is available for Claims Administrators

Ensure post is ready for collection on a daily basis

Manage general correspondence and update customer records

Manage and distribute wider business post

Process customer payments received via post

Work effectively both individually and as part of a team to meet agreed productivity requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, customers and internal teams.

Take personal responsibility for following established departmental and company procedures, and where identified, communicating to your line manager any ideas for improvements or change

Adhere to the Financial and Data Protection policies, procedures and controls at all times

**Skills and Experience**

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Working knowledge of standard Microsoft office software

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent organisational, time management and decision making skills

A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service

Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 32.5 per week

**Salary**: £17,810.00 per year
