Sales and Service Administrator Apprenticeship

_**Brief description**:_
The sales admin/support role involves assisting the account director with daily administrative duties. The sales admin will be responsible for generating Sales documentation and aiding the account management team with Quotes and daily support queries.
- **Reports to**:_
Account Director
- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Perform general day to day administrative tasks as required by the account manager
- Analyse billing data, produce reports and feedback on findings to the customer or account manager
- Handle support queries received by the account director as and when required
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and networks to resolve queries or produce quotes
- Update sales documentation to ensure all documents adhere to latest guidance and standards
- Ensure account specific processes are adhered to and followed accurately
- Keep up to date with latest industry changes to ensure clients continue to receive excellent service
- Assist the account director with onboarding new customers
- **Required skills & experience**:_
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Microsoft excel)
- Able to work as part of a team and form good working relationships
- Self-motivated and well presented
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently when required
- Great problem-solving skills and able to work pro-actively
- Customer Service and telecoms experience (not essential)
- Strong oral and written communication
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Keen attention to detail
- GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English **(desirable)**

- Business Administrator Level 3

**Salary**: From £6.00 per hour
