Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Kitchen Team Members, from Sous chef to KP to join and lead our bustling restaurant in preparing and cooking incredible burgers and sides. The ideal candidates will assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef

- Support the kitchen team in meal preparation and presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area

- Follow food safety standards and guidelines at all times

- Help with catering orders as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant setting

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Passion for food and willingness to learn and grow within the team
