Overview:

We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front — carrying a personal sales target, driving SaaS sales growth across the UK (and beyond) while developing, motivating, and scaling a small, talented sales team, initially of 3.

This is a true player–manager role: you'll balance closing your own new business pipeline with coaching and managing a team to hit growth targets.

You'll be selling a suite of cloud-based software applications used by major hospitality & entertainment establishments to run their business, from a front and back office perspective — helping them save money, increase efficiencies and engage their customers


What You'll Be Doing

Owning your sales target and setting the standard through your own results.

Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small sales team to exceed revenue goals.

Developing clear sales processes, forecasts, and pipeline discipline.

Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement.

Identifying new opportunities and innovative ways to grow across the UK and North America.


What You'll Bring

Proven experience selling B2B SaaS applications - Ticketing, EPOS, CRM, Accounting, Workforce Management, Events Software or HCM are all good examples, but any value based business application would work.

A track record of hitting and exceeding individual and team targets is ideal, but we'd consider strong sales candidates who have mentored others and are looking to make a step up into a formal team leadership position.

Strong natural leadership and coaching skills — you get the best out of people and lead by example.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

CRM fluency and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Experience closing £10k- £50k ARR SaaS solutions to SMEs would be a good fit.

Any experience selling SaaS to hospitality - restaurants, football stadiums, performance venues could be an advantage but isn't essential.
