This rewarding and flexible role includes day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term opportunities within Key Stage 1.

You'll have the chance to work in a range of welcoming schools across Boston, delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, following well-prepared plans, and helping to provide a warm, consistent learning environment for pupils at this important stage in their early education.

We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable Year 1 Teachers who can quickly build rapport with young learners, manage behaviour positively, and bring a calm, reassuring presence to the classroom. Whether you're supporting pupils as they secure their early phonics skills, guiding them through hands-on learning activities, or fostering their growing independence, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
  • A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across KS1
  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
  • The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
  • Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
  • A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK

What we offer you:

  • Competitive weekly PAYE pay
  • Roles tailored to your lifestyle, day-to-day or longer term
  • Access to exclusive opportunities in great local schools
  • A friendly, experienced consultant who listens (hi, I'm Jess)
  • Free CPD and ongoing professional development
  • A simple 'Refer a Friend' scheme
  • A warm, supportive agency that genuinely cares about you and your journey

We're fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will undergo thorough vetting, including enhanced DBS (with children's barred list check and Update Service registration), references, and online checks as part of our compliance process.
