We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing data entry, and coordinating technical operations within our organisation. Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate records through data entry and file organisation using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Provide administrative support by updating customer accounts as required.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating good phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating technical activities.
- Support the team with tasks to meet customer and company needs.
- Ensure all administrative procedures comply with organisational standards and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar scheduling software is essential.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient document preparation and communication.
- Good phone etiquette coupled with excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Administrative experience demonstrating ability to handle tasks efficiently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as required by the organisation. This position is ideal for organised individuals eager to contribute their administrative expertise within a supportive team environment while enhancing their professional skill set.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,017.04 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
