About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is a hybrid role based in the London area, with some occasional travel to Europe and the US to support high-profile data centre projects.

The position is ideally suited to a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E knowledge, who is comfortable operating across both main contractor and client-side environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Commercial Director on data centre projects across Europe and the US.

Reviewing and investigating historic site-level claims, analysing costs, and compiling evaluation reports.

Preparing robust claims documentation with associated cost breakdowns.

Managing requests for information and ensuring completeness of documentation.

Providing commercial support on live projects, including variations, valuations, and reporting.

Collaborating with site teams and project stakeholders to resolve commercial queries.

About You
Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or similar) with a strong commercial track record.

Experience in M&E within main contractor or client-side environments.

Strong analytical and reporting skills – able to put together structured evaluation documents.

Familiar with claims preparation and assessment processes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with clients, site teams and internal staffing..

Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in Europe and the US if and when required.
