About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join our commercial team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is a hybrid role based in the London area, with some occasional travel to Europe and the US to support high-profile data centre projects.

The position is ideally suited to a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E knowledge, who is comfortable operating across both main contractor and client-side environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Commercial Director on data centre projects across Europe and the US.
  • Reviewing and investigating historic site-level claims, analysing costs, and compiling evaluation reports.
  • Preparing robust claims documentation with associated cost breakdowns.
  • Managing requests for information and ensuring completeness of documentation.
  • Providing commercial support on live projects, including variations, valuations, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with site teams and project stakeholders to resolve commercial queries.

About You

  • Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or similar) with a strong commercial track record.
  • Experience inM&Ewithin main contractor or client-side environments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills able to put together structured evaluation documents.
  • Familiar with claims preparation and assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with clients, site teams and internal staffing..
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in Europe and the US if and when required.
