Carron Connected is searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong focus on electrical systems to join our client's team in GreaterLondon. You will play a key role in managing costs, budgets, and financialplanning for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and value throughout theproject lifecycle. What You'll Do:Prepare cost estimates andmanage Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineeringexercises.Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and supplier agreements.Monitor project budgets, track contract variations, and prepare monthlyCVR's.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client design teamspecifications.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams tomaintain financial control.Support final account preparation and project close -out.RequirementsWhat You'll Need:Minimum 3years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the built environmentExcellentknowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods would beadvantageous.
