With over £80 million in annual revenue and 1,200+ employees, we're looking for a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to support our growing team and help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager and working closely with the H&S Advisor, you'll coordinate risk assessments, compliance checks, and incident investigations. You'll also manage documentation, support training, and contribute to safety improvement projects across multiple sites.

Please be aware this is a multisite role across our 4 sites and as such you will need a current valid UK driving license and your own transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate risk assessments, site visits, and incident investigations
  • Maintain accurate H&S documentation and revision cycles
  • Support day-to-day operational safety activities
  • Identify and help resolve compliance gaps
  • Assist with training delivery (e.g. manual handling, safety briefings)
  • Produce reports and updates on safety performance
  • Participate in site safety walks and improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable); NEBOSH (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Experience in a similar H&S role (preferred)
