We are now looking for a dynamic Team Manager, who can bring experience and new ideas to our team of managers. You'll be passionate and confident, with experience of managing a workforce, and will lead one of our teams of experienced mentors supporting young people in schools or colleges to develop confidence, emotional wellbeing, and life skills.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Manager you'll:
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 6-10 Health Mentors, ensuring they have the skills to achieve their targets and perform to a high standard in their settings.
- Manage client relationships with your point of contact on all contracts.
- Work within your client networks and the wider Evolve region to establish new leads that expand business in the area.
- Bring ambition, enthusiasm and high expectations to your team and the Evolve management team as a whole.
- Manage a caseload of mentees, who you will work directly with.
- Take part and support delivery of our termly mentoring training programme.
- Champion healthy, active lifestyles, and serve as a relatable role model.
You'll be based from home or in educational settings, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, and will be expected to travel to schools, colleges and other client settings on a regular basis, to support your team with their own performance and maintain positive client relationships.

Full Training & Development
The successful applicant will receive:
