Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Manager role based in Birmingham. The Team Manager will lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining stock levels, and driving sales growth. The role will also involve fostering a positive team environment, coaching team members, and ensuring the store meets its business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, particularly in managing store functions, stock levels, and daily tasks
  • Customer service expertise with an ability to maintain high satisfaction and address customer concerns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with team members and customers
  • Previous experience in retail or team management is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
