Ethics Team Manager

We are looking for an Ethics Team Manager to join our Ethics team on a permanent basis. This role blends technical expertise with management skills. Offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and values-driven environment.
Responsible for line management by training, providing expert second opinions, mentoring and quality auditing. You will also make technical and operational decisions. By delivering high quality, accurate and timely advice to the regulated community and other professionals, ensuring compliance with SRA regulation.

- Provide risk assessment and resource consideration. Ensuring often conflicting priorities, such as telephone, email and written queries are managed in the best interests of the business and those seeking guidance

What we are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer admitted in England and Wales
- 3 years of post qualification legal practice experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the England and Wales courts and legal system
- Knowledge and understanding of Solicitors Regulation Authority compliance
- Experience of management performance, including coaching, developing and team performance standards.
