Role Overview
Key tasks and responsibilities include the following:

  • Mailbox management
  • Daily payment distribution management
  • Preparing and executing payments to suppliers / clients
  • Preparing client reports to be issued internally
  • Assist with periodic reporting to clients (standard reports plus additional as required)
  • Assist with completing accurate reconciliations of client reports (ie VAT, client statement etc)
  • Transfer of Rent monies to client
  • Payment of client property related transactions
  • Assist with managing and maintaining the property and tenant (lease) database for all clients
  • Assist with support the client accountants and senior client accountants with delivery of KPI measured performance tasks which include:
  • Clearing suspense items
  • Identifying and clearing funding issues
  • Service charge cash reconciliations, including clearing of balance sheet items
  • Ad-hoc tasks/projects instructed by Client Accounts Manager and Head of Property Finance UK.

Team Overview
A role has become available for an Assistant Client Accountant based in the Glasgow Office. The position is a non supervisory role within a total team of 30.

The function of the role is to assist in the control of finances of client monies held, on behalf of Investors, in order to manage a property portfolio. The Assistant Client Accountant will help support the fund controllers accordingly in line with tasks detailed below.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
