Private White VC are a luxury menswear fashion brand based in Manchester. We take quality, provenance, and artisanry very seriously. Using time-honoured, uncompromising traditions and techniques to create authentic, investment garments built to last. Crafted using the finest regionally sourced & ethical fabrics and materials. Proud to be 'Made in Manchester,' our reach is global. On a regular day we provide bespoke items for high profile patrons, plus off-the-peg garments from our finest, functional designs. Our retail outlet is based at our factory in Salford, where we welcome our clients for private tours, consultations, and partnership events. We are a heritage brand with a heroic story to be told.

Some background:
Our successful international trading model is centered around our e-commerce (Shopify) platform, and our CRM via Klaviyo. We are proud to report we've got it right  But we're thinking even bigger, with high growth goals. Our customer portfolio spans the globe. Customer satisfaction is key, and in addition to taking care of business as usual, we continue to strive for excellence to ensure we can support our growth trajectory. The mission:
To be responsible for PWVC's online revenue engine, at the heart of our business.
This is a broad, hands-on, high-autonomy role reporting to James Eden, CEO. In summary, you will:

·       Trade the Shopify store day-to-day

·       Lead CRM and email via Klaviyo

·       Coordinate with our paid media agency to drive profitable growth

About you:

You'll bring relevant experience across both e-comm and CRM, you may currently be operating in a larger business, now ready  to step up and take charge of the E-Comm & CRM function of an SME. Or you might already be in a similar role, excited by a career move into a cool aspirational brand where you can use your skills and experience to lead the function in line with our growth. We're looking for:


•       
Experience in DTC e-commerce for premium apparel/luxury or adjacent categories.


•       
Hands on Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4 – you can build flows, segments and reporting without help.


•       
Proven track record of growing revenue through on-site trading and CRM, not just media spend.


•       
Comfortable owning a P&L view – you can talk AOV, CVR, CAC, CPA etc.


•       
Strong brief writing and agency management – clear, fast, decisive.


•       
Clean, concise copy instincts aligned to PWVC tone.


•       
A self-motivated team player and collaborator with a 'can do' attitude.


•       
Very organized and able to multi-task and be results-focused.
