We're seeking a talented Pastry Commis Chef as part of a brand new brigade reporting into our Sous Chef. Under his guidance, and the guidance of Nicolas Rouzaud your flair, creativity, and attention to detail will be nurtured by the best in the industry. If you thrive in a highly focused kitchen, love mentoring junior chefs, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is your moment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working in the kitchen with confidence and consistency
  • Upholding food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards
  • Collaborating with the Sous Chef on innovation and presentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Commis Chef role
  • Strong technical skills across patisserie, plated desserts, and bakery
  • Calm under pressure, with excellent organisational instincts
  • Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • A team player who leads by example and communicates clearly
