A world that’s all about our guests.As a Pastry Commis Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:Preparing mise en place for serviceFollow the instructions of the Chef de PartieEnsuring cleanliness of working areaReceiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels Hours, working pattern & requirementsAs a Pastry Commis Chef, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.To be successful Pastry Commis Chef candidate, you will have a positive attitude, good time management and some experience in a professional kitchen.
