Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays). Responsibilities Working under direction of the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef Ensuring all food is cooked and presented to the highest standards and quality as devised by the Head Pastry Chef, Executive Chef and Sous Chef Assisting with mise en place for the present and following day Ensuring efficient stock rotation for any foods produced To receive, prepare and cook orders received from hotel outlets to the highest standards Requirements / Qualifications Excellent command of the English language Previous experience in a Kitchen environment is desirable Great team player with initiative and open-mindedness Work Schedule Pastry Commis Chef, rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Flexibility required (including weekends and bank holidays).
