Salary: £25,110 - £32,090 per annum

Contract type / hours: Permanent, 37 Hours

About the Role

As a Recovery Navigator, you'll play a crucial role in guiding individuals toward recovery, offering tailored support, and coordinating services for their well-being. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, join us in this impactful position. In our team we support those with a dependency to alcohol and opiates - this is an extremely rewarding role

Day to day duties include:

  • Manage a caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery and treatment plans.
  • Facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement, through structured treatment, to self-sustained recovery.
  • Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
  • Working collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and well-being outcomes for individuals.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and qualifications:

  • The successful applicant must have some experience within substance misuse, recovery support or a similar type of role.
  • Compassion and kindness to provide effective support and care to service users.
  • Resilience to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive outlook.
