Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Assistant based in London, at the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. The Showroom Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in the showroom, supporting sales activities, and maintaining the organization and appearance of the showroom. Additional responsibilities include ensuring product displays meet brand standards, managing showroom inventory and helping the admin team with emails and other essentials.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Experience working in showrooms with a focus on creating an engaging and welcoming environment
- Retail Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to support the sales team and upsell products
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with interior design industry is a plus
- Familiarity in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
- Knowledge of excel
- Some administrative knowledge - such as billing clients
- Availbility to come to showroom
