Our Client is looking to hire a Showroom Assistant.

**JOB PURPOSE**

They are recruiting for a talented individual to join their Showroom team as a Showroom Assistant. The role will be full time, 37.5 hours per week, working shifts from 08:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sunday, and with two days off per week. You will be required tobe available to work weekends and public holidays, commit to this role on a permanent basis, and hold a valid work visa if required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work under the guidance of the Showroom Management Team to ensure that the highest service and operational standards are reflected at all times
- Ensure Showroom standards are kept immaculate at all times following showroom standards and ways of working
- Support the Wholesale team during Market appointments
- Support with organising looks and runway in running order for pulls
- Support in stickering LM and SAP stickers onto samples to allow for sample tracking
- Support with any initiatives: D&I, Women empowered, LGBTQ+, Sustainability etc that align with their Values
- Follow their standards: Open and Caring, Creatively driven, Forward Thinking and Proud of their Heritage
- Be a Brand Ambassador by wearing the provided uniform in line with their Grooming Guidelines
- Exceed expectations in delivering a warm and genuine welcome to their internal and external clients
- Support in maintaining the Visual Merchandising standards of the Showroom at all times
- Focus on maintaining all back of house standards, allowing for the highest product care at all times
- Having a hands-on approach: tidying displays, neatly folding product, reorganising storage areas and moving samples
- Steaming, lint rolling and ensuring all product is on the correct branded hanger
- Assist the Samples team to receive, unpack and log in all seasonal deliveries and place them on the Showroom floor
- Assist in locating, packing and sending the collections to other Showrooms/Departments and clear out of previous seasons
- Assist in the set up and breakdown of the Showroom prior to and post market
- Ensure product care standards are maintained in all parts of the Showroom at all times
