Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating sales between buyers and vendors
  • Managing offers and progressing deals through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
  • Promoting and delivering excellent customer service
  • Supporting branch growth by spotting new business opportunities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential property sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Knowledge of Ashford and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
