What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering an exceptional estate agency service, exceeding performance targets and ensuring outstanding customer experiences
  • Managing applicants and vendors from initial enquiry through to offer and completion
  • Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales efficiently
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues within a high-performing flagship team
  • Maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the local market to identify new business opportunities
