Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ashford

Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency for one of their top Kent office's based in Ashford.

This is a chance to join a thriving company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The perfect candidate will currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a winning grasp of the sales process, listings, and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.

Most importantly, the candidate will have strong local connections or a history of having worked previously in the Ashford area.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and local offices in the Ashford, Kent area.

 Skills kills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister role will include:

  • Previous residential sales experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Listing and valuation experience
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Superb local knowledge of Ashford, and surrounding area
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
