Reporting to the General Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Nurse in Charge, Care Coordinators, and Community Leads, you will be a key member of a passionate care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets the standards of the Care Quality Commission as well as our own company values.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our caring and committed team, you will:

  • Deliver personal care that respects each resident's dignity, independence, and unique needs.
  • Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Care Quality Commission requirements to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Support a positive, homely atmosphere where residents feel valued and understood.
  • Bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism to every shift.
