We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Host to join our care team in Ashford, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef/Chef, the Host will play an important role in supporting our catering team and ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality dining experience. You will help maintain the highest standards of food service, cleanliness, and hospitality within the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef/Chef in delivering a high standard of catering and dining service.
• Assist in preparing and serving meals and refreshments for residents and guests.
• Ensure meals meet the nutritional and dietary needs of all residents.
• Maintain cleaning schedules in line with company policies and food hygiene standards.
• Ensure public areas, such as dining rooms and café spaces, are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Help monitor and maintain supplies of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Attend all required Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH training sessions.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
