Your responsibility will be to develop and execute Change Management (CM) - Engagement - Communications Plans that support project-specific client engagement strategies. Working closely with the CM lead and local delivery teams, you will tailor these plans to address the unique needs and challenges faced by employees and the business during change. This role will primarily focus on local projects, including office consolidations, closures, and campus consolidations across various locations. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing our Workplace Change Management Program and Toolkit while fostering the successful adoption of new ways of working in a hybrid world.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of CM-Engagement-Communications Plans, aligning them with the project-specific client engagement strategies and considering their impact on employees and business outcomes.Collaborate with local delivery teams to create and implement CM-Engagement-Communications Plans for campus consolidation projects, office closures, relocations, and other Run the Business initiatives.Execute Change Management Specialist role, overseeing the implementation of the CM-Engagement-Communications Plans to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change journey.Conduct Ways of Working Workshops, facilitating discussions and workshops with leaders and employees to ease the transition to the hybrid work environment.Establish and maintain SharePoint Sites for change projects including campus consolidations, office closures, and relocations, ensuring easy access to relevant information and resources.Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, Webex Team spaces, SharePoint sites) to distribute project communications, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.Collaborate closely with the CM lead and other stakeholders to continuously improve our Workplace Change Management Program and Toolkit, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from past initiatives.Apply your change management acumen and certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent, to drive successful change adoption.Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a matrixed organizational environment.Leverage your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate change messages and facilitate productive meetings.Display empathy and active listening skills, understanding and addressing the concerns and challenges faced by employees during change implementations.Utilize your problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity, providing clarity and guidance in complex situations.Draw on your consultative experience to provide valuable change management guidance and support to stakeholders.Possess a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.#LI-JA1Location: Remote –London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table If you require any changes to the application process, please email or call +44 (0) to contact one of our team members to discuss how to best support you throughout the process.
