Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirement gathering, business analysis, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Microsoft Dynamics Implementation:
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet client requirements.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to align with business processes.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation
Client Engagement and Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to achieve business goals.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the solution
Project Management:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Sr. BA or Techno - Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Solid understanding of CRM business processes (sales, customer service, case management, etc.)
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration and authentication methods (OAuth, Azure AD)
- Expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Azure Logic Apps
- Strong experience with C# plugins and JavaScript customization (PCF)
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320).
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional design.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other Dynamics applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certifications (preferred).
Primary Location Pay Range: London: £46 – £50/hr
1099/Contractors: No benefits
