We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join the Commercial team at Yoto, to manage the company's presence and sales on the Amazon platform. This role is responsible for driving the performance and sales of our products on Amazon by implementing effective sales strategies & processes. You will be an advocate for Amazon and ensure our strategies and tactics align with Yoto's overarching goals, growth targets and values. The role is cross functional, liaising with internal teams to execute against the overall account priorities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the Amazon account and be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance
  • Work on projects that will drive the Amazon operational processes forward in line with OKRs and KPIs. Take the lead on key initiatives, as appropriate
  • Work to ensure that product listings are set up to optimise for search and conversion
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on Amazon-specific KPIs, using data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Work with supply chain team, to ensure optimal inventory levels, forecasting demand, and preventing OOS or over stocks
  • Improve operational performance through logistic efficiencies
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on adhoc Amazon issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years Amazon account management experience essential
  • A strong proven competence in either Seller or Vendor central
  • Experience optimising stock availability on Amazon through; forecasting, inventory management, working with 3rd party logistics providers, returns optimisation
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Excel
  • Proficiency in using Amazon-specific analytics tools for example Helium10
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

 

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our London office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our 'work from anywhere' policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
