Finance Business Partner

£58,000 to £68,000
York City Centre, Hybrid

A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large, well-structured finance team during a period of internal change.
You will work closely with senior non-financial leaders, providing clear financial insight, improving budget ownership and driving accountability across a complex organisation.

What you will do

Partner with senior stakeholders across the businessProvide clear, proactive financial analysis and guidanceSupport budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cyclesChallenge constructively and influence decision makingImprove financial accountability and ownershipLead on financial reviews, performance tracking and corrective actionsLine manage one Finance Business Partner

Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Professionals experienced in business partneringPeople confident influencing senior stakeholdersIndividuals able to simplify financial information clearlyFinance professionals with line management experience(We welcome applicants from any sector)
