About the Role
As our Patient Care & Admin Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring patients receive exceptional service from their very first point of contact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with patients across email, phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Managing and chasing patient enquiries
- Coordinating day-to-day communications and ensuring smooth patient journeys
- Updating and maintaining our practice management software
- Enhancing appointment scheduling and patient recall systems
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are naturally proactive and take initiative
- Have a warm, outgoing manner and communicate with confidence
- Take pride in delivering high-quality patient care
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to your work
- Are comfortable using practice management software (experience ideal but not essential)
- Are competent with Excel and digital admin tools (experience ideal but not essential)
- Thrive in a busy, people-focused environment
- Have previous experience in a dental practice (highly sought after)
