About the Role

As our Patient Care & Admin Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring patients receive exceptional service from their very first point of contact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with patients across email, phone, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Managing and chasing patient enquiries
  • Coordinating day-to-day communications and ensuring smooth patient journeys
  • Updating and maintaining our practice management software
  • Enhancing appointment scheduling and patient recall systems
  • Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Are naturally proactive and take initiative
  • Have a warm, outgoing manner and communicate with confidence
  • Take pride in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to your work
  • Are comfortable using practice management software (experience ideal but not essential)
  • Are competent with Excel and digital admin tools (experience ideal but not essential)
  • Thrive in a busy, people-focused environment
  • Have previous experience in a dental practice (highly sought after)
