Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Desk Co-ordinator to join our team on a term-time only basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving and supporting others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service desk queries
  • Log, track, and manage incidents and requests using our ticketing system
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate updates and resolutions to users clearly and professionally
  • Support coordination of IT resources and scheduling during peak periods

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer service or IT support environment is desirable
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using IT systems and tools

Working Pattern:

  • Term Time Only (40 weeks per year)
  • Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 15:00

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,424.60-£35,176.31 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
