Shape your future in logistics

If you're looking to kick-start your career in shipping, logistics, or supply chain, this role gives you the chance to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to a global organisation focused on sustainability and responsible technology.

You don't need specific logistics experience — just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We'll support you with training, mentoring, and opportunities to grow as you gain confidence.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Operations Team, you'll help make sure shipments move smoothly around the world. Your day-to-day tasks might include:

Shipping & Logistics Support

  • Learning how to request freight rates, compare quotes, and check invoices.
  • Supporting the Finance team by helping prepare cost information for customers.
  • Communicating with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners regarding orders.
  • Helping prepare shipping documents such as commercial invoices and purchase orders (training provided).
  • Working with colleagues to resolve customs queries and understand international requirements.
  • Helping plan dispatch schedules with the Dispatch team.
  • Keeping shipping documentation organised and up to date.
  • Ensuring accurate shipping costs are passed on to customers.
  • Assisting with inbound deliveries and back-to-back purchases when needed.
Import & Export Learning
  • Staying up to date with import/export requirements through guidance from carriers.
  • Helping Sales and Admin teams understand what documents are needed for certain regions.
  • Working with the Chamber of Commerce to request certificates and documentation.
  • Flagging any areas where extra training would be helpful — we'll support your development.
Working with the wider business
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth processes.
  • Following company policies around safety, quality, environment, and information security.
  • Being open to supporting additional tasks that help you learn and contribute to the team.
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate, junior coordinator / adminstrator, or career-changer excited to build a logistics career.
  • Someone who enjoys learning new digital systems and tools.
  • A natural problem-solver who likes figuring things out.
  • Comfortable communicating with different teams and external partners.
  • Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt when plans change.
  • Interested in sustainability and the circular economy.
  • Looking for long-term development within a growing global business.
