The First 12 Weeks:

You'll start self-employed on a commission-only structure. Sounds bold? It is. But that's why the rewards are real. Many of our consultants earn £2K£6K in their first month alone. You'll be backed by elite-level training from a mentor with over £1M in billings, and well give you full access to cutting-edge tools: premium CRM, AI support, automation tech the kind of setup most agencies cant touch.

By the end of the 12 weeks, if you've got what it takes, you'll be offered a permanent role: £25K base, uncapped commission, full benefits, and a seat at the table.
