Your Role
- Provide administrative support to up to 5 stakeholders within the Financial Services Sector.
- Manage complex diaries across multiple geographies using Outlook.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and logistics.
- Monitor and process expenses and timesheets via Capgemini's online system.
- Handle general enquiries and perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist other EAs with holiday cover and internal event responsibilities.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth communication.
- Occasionally prepare documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a similar EA or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook and diary management; confident with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work autonomously.
- Skilled in event organization and managing tight deadlines under pressure.
- Prior experience supporting senior stakeholders (VP level or above).
- Excellent communication skills in an international context; GDPR awareness.
- Ability to build strong networks and foster collaborative relationships.
- Professional services or consulting background is an advantage; proactive and "can-do" mindset.
