About the business

We are seeking a Business Owner at The Maltsters Arms, Rotherfield Greys, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 4QD. The Maltsters Arms is a charming, rustic country pub near Henley-on-Thames, set in the peaceful Chilterns countryside. Inside, the pub is full of traditional character with a warm, relaxed atmosphere, serving a seasonal British menu and well-kept drinks. With a large beer garden, heated terrace, and a dog-friendly welcome, it's a cosy spot for everything from a casual pint to a hearty meal after a countryside walk.

This pub requires an experienced operator who is willing to enhance the pub's strong food offer. Applicants must have or be able to apply for a personal licence

Details

  • To let under tenancy
  • Guide rent- £39,000 per annum payable weekly in advance by direct debit. Retail Price Indexation applies to rents.
  • Minimum capital required £21,210
  • Fixtures & fittings are circa £20,000 (Excluding VAT)
  • Five year tenancy agreements with an additional service charge that covers property insurance, servicing of heating and cellar cooling equipment etc. There is a full wet tie unless agreed otherwise.
