Owner's Personal Assistant Job Description

Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the Owner's phone calls when he is unable to and respond as necessary.
- Pay bills online and enter the details into the accounts system.
- Execute administrative tasks as required, e.g. mail merges, accounts reconciliations, complete government returns, etc.
- Provide remote cover for finance/administrative staff around the group when necessary.
- Provide regular updates to the Owner as appropriate.
**Requirements**:

- Good record of academic achievement.
- Strong IT skills and expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Relevant experience working as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dedicated to following things through until fully completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
